MS PowerPoint Quick Access Toolbar

The Quick Access Toolbar is a Windows Office feature that contains a set of predefined or commonly used commands that may be used and generated across all environments. By default, the Quick Access Toolbar is located in the upper left-hand corner of any Office application in this case PowerPoint and may be displayed either above or below the ribbon.

When you click the drop-down arrow at the right end of Quick Access Toolbar it offers more commands. The desired command out of these commands can be added to Quick Access Toolbar with a left click on it.
