Word Count

When you type in a document, Word by default counts the number of pages and words in your document and displays them on the status bar at the bottom of the workspace.
To know the word count of a specific line or paragraph you have to select it then Word will display its word count along with the total word count, e.g. 53/437. In this example, the selection has 53 words out of the total number of words (437).
