Changing Font Color

Font color in MS Word is like writing a text with a separate kind of ink. MS Word allows you to change the Font color of your text. If you want to give emphasis on a particular word(s) or phrase(s), you can change its font color. Follow the steps below to chnage the font color of your document:

• Highlight the text you want to add color to
• On the Home tab locate the Font group which is denoted with an A under a color line
• In Font color click on the drop-down
• Different shades of color appear for you to choose from
• pick your desired color
