Creating a Style

MS Word allows userto create new styles if the current ones do not suit what they want. The steps to create yiur own style is listed below:

• Select the style on the Home Tab
• In Styles group click the drop-down button at the right bottom corner


• It displays the Styles task pane;


• In Styles task pane click the 'New Style' button
• It displays 'Create New Style from Formatting' dialogue box; this is where you can now choose how you want yur style to be


• Enter the name for your new style and click on OK to save it
