We have an immediate opening for a Web Developer / Graphic Designer . . Job Duties include:
- Develops and implements UI designs for the company’s clients by building interfaces using HTML, CSS, JSP, ActionScript, and XML
- Works closely and effectively with other members of the company to produce interfaces that satisfy the client’s business requirements
- Unit tests work and adheres to agreed-upon production requirements
- Adheres to version control processes and methodologies
- Follows the processes and procedures that govern day-to-day activities and long-term goals
Required Qualifications: Hnd/B.sc
- 1 or 2 years of overall Graphics Design/web design experience,
- Experienced in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Should have good visual design skills and an understanding of using UI components.
- Understanding of XHTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript development skills and cross browser compatibility issues.
- Experienced in hand-coding and debugging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Php and Mysql.
- Ability to strike a balance between quality of work and turnaround time
- Ability and desire to work as a part of a cross-functional software development team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
